We accept no liability without limitation for any losses or damages
to property or person arising from using this website, including any
loss of profit, damage to equipment or data, interruption of
business, or any other damage, direct or accidental. We also accept
no responsibility for prolonged use of telephone lines as a result of
viewing this website & the use of the links to other websites.

02. Terms of Purchase / Ordering :
All prices quoted are in English Pounds Sterling £ unless
Upon ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation to let
you know we have received your order and it will be processed soon.
Once payment has been authorised, you will receive a second email to
let you know your order has been paid for and is being despatched. If
you don't have email, or order by telephone, this confirmation will
arrive normally with the goods or within 7 working days after the
order, whichever is sooner.
Should you not receive these email confirmations, please email us to
check on your order status.

All goods must be paid for in full before they are despatched. For
out of stock goods or special order items where a longer delivery
time has been specified we will contact you to let you know our
earliest delivery time. You will only be charged for these goods once
they are ready for despatch, unless previously agreed otherwise.
Many items featured are hand made or finished so it is expected that
colours and designs may change slightly from the pictures and details shown.
All orders will be delivered directly to the recipient & will
require a scan &/or signature upon deliver. If you are out a card
should be put through your door so you can call Royal Mail or the
Courier to arrange re-delivery. PLEASE NOTE, if you are out and fail
to contact Royal Mail or Courier within 1 week, the parcel will be
returned to us and will incur an extra postage charge to resend.
Should you ask us to leave your parcel in an alternative place (eg,
in the shed, with a neighbour etc) this will be done so only if the
delivery service allows and at your own risk. We accept no
responsibility for any loss or damage incurred if this is done.
03. Product Guarantee/Warranty :
All new products are guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase date
against faulty components and workmanship. If the item becomes faulty
because of faulty parts or workmanship during the aforesaid period
please inform us within 7 working days of the fault occurring and we
will repair or replace the goods with the same or similar (if the
item is no longer produced) free of charge. We cannot guarantee goods
that become faulty through misuse, neglect or damage.
We're sure you will be happy with your order but if youd like
to send an item back for any reason please send us an email to let us
know and then re-package the item securely in as received condition
(the original box/bags that any item comes in must also be returned)
and send to us within 14 days of your receipt. Please include a copy
of your invoice or a note with your name & order reference number
so we know who's order it is.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We
strongly advise that you use a recorded or insured service for peace
of mind in the event of a Royal Mail loss. As soon as your return is
received by us, we'll issue a refund for the goods cost (less any
post & packing charges) or send a replacement or alternative if
you so wish (a post & packing fee may apply).
Should you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, please email
us so we can let you know what the difference in price you'll need to
pay will be.
Regretfully postage, packing and any insurance incurred in the
delivery of your order to you are direct costs and cannot be
refunded. (For overseas returns, this includes any import duty, VAT,
or customs freight charges passed onto us will be chargeable to you).
When returning items we kindly ask you to return them in as received
condition with the original packaging of the actual product and any
instruction or user manuals that were included.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot accept cancellations or give refunds for any personalised
goods or special orders (i.e. goods made up to your specific order
such as a custom ordered fitted tune or a special order for you that
we don't normally stock).
Cancellation and return of orders legally only applies to private
individuals. Companies & businesses are excluded from the
distance selling rule. (business to business)
05. Return of Faulty/Damaged Goods :
We check all items thoroughly before packing & sending, but if
upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged or broken, please
email us as soon as you can or within 7 working days to let us know
what is wrong.

We will send a replacement as soon as possible and include a pre-paid
return postage label for you to send the faulty item back (normally
via the post office). Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting
receipt when returning an item. (A pre-paid postage label can only be
supplied for orders within the UK)
Please note, in the event of a fault occurring or damage
during delivery, we can only send a replacement or alternative item
and not issue a refund. Should you decide not to have a replacement
or alternative item and to return the item for a refund then our
standard terms for returns of unwanted items will apply as above
regardless of any faults.
06. Late or Lost Deliveries :
Normal stock items will be delivered quickly & usually within 1
to 5 days of order in the UK depending on delivery service chosen (3
to 21 days outside the UK depending on country).
The delivery services we use are extremely reliable and it's very
rare for a delivery to be late, but should your parcel not arrive
within 7 days of receiving your despatch email (2 days for urgent),
please follow these steps (for overseas orders please allow 14 days
within Europe (5 days for urgent) & 21 days for the rest of the
world (7 days for urgent) :
1. In the first instance please contact the relevant postal service
used with your tracking number received in your despatch email. You
can also track your parcel online via the links given in the email.
2. If the tracking number is not showing any details it's worth
contacting your local depot where your parcel will be held if you
were out when delivery was attempted. If you do not know where your
collection depot is, please call Royal Mail or the Courier used and
ask for the details of your local depot.
3. Please email us &
we will investigate as to why your parcel is late & rectify the
problem for you as soon as possible.

leave your parcel in an alternative place (eg, in the shed, with a
neighbour etc) this will be done so only if the delivery service
allows and at your own risk (*Urgent deliveries cannot be left
without a signature). We accept no responsibility for any loss or
damage incurred if this is done.
07. Children & Small Parts Warning :
Most of our products contain small & removeable parts. They are
not intended as toys and not suitable for small children / babies due
to choking hazards. Small children must be supervised by an adult if
using any of our products. If you are unsure of suitability, please
ask us for guidance.
08. Goods Title :
All goods remain our property until paid for in full and cleared by
our bank. This includes all kinds of payment.
09. Export Sales & Foreign Currencies :
All above terms apply, plus :
All transactions have to be taken in our own currency (GB Pounds
Sterling) so any prices shown in US Dollars $ and Euro are for
guidance only for USA and European residents using an estimated
exchange rate. As the exchange rate alters daily, we can only work
out an approximate cost. For up to date pricing in foreign
currencies, please check with your bank or card issuer on their
current exchange rate.
The prices shown do not include any import tax, duty or handling
charges that may be liable upon delivery to a foreign country -
please check with your local tax or customs office for likely import
charges on the type of goods we sell.
10. Your Privacy & Security
We only collect information for your specific transactions / orders.
We do not pass on any information to any other parties. When ordering
via the internet your transaction is sent using SSL secure server
technology for high security purposes. No card details are viewed at
anytime. We are fully compliant with the current PCI Data Security
