A marvellous mechanical wonder ! These musical automaton singing
birds are manufactured to the old German Greisbaum factory patterns
where these music boxes were made since circa 1905. The miniature
birds, with their extraordinary mechanism, tiny bellows & piston
whistle, are all clockwork driven & imitate a bird song so
beautifully whilst opening their beaks, turning their heads &
moving their tails in time to the song. A magnificent piece of
mechanical music that every collector should have and will want!
