UK Mainland Standard Delivery usually 2 - 3 days
UK Mainland URGENT Delivery 1 - 2 days (next day if ordered before 12 noon)
NON Mainland UK (Highlands & Isles) 2 - 4 days
UK - If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days from
receiving your despatch confirmation email, please contact the
relevant post service used to track your parcel. *Royal Mail only
keep recorded items for 1 week before returning them to us. (Urgent,

Notes
• All deliveries require a signature. If you are out, a card
should be left for you to re-arrange delivery. Please do so promptly
to ensure your parcel is not returned to us.
• Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday are usually sent the
following Monday.
• Delivery times normally exclude weekends & bank holidays.
• Charges to countries outside the EU do not include any import
duties that may be liable upon delivery. For overseas purchases we
take payment in GB pounds and your card issuer will use the current
exchange rate to convert.
